Roberto Hernández Cuenca

Roberto Hernández Cuenca, has a Law Degree from the Cardenal Herrera CEU University of Valencia and a PhD from the University of Murcia.

He completed his academic training in Rome with the “Erasmus” program and with the completion of the Master “International Business Management” at the University of Murcia-ENAE and the Official Master of Practical Law at the University of Murcia. He also has a Master’s in Real Estate from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics in Madrid.

He belongs to the Murcia Bar Association, and is a member of the Private International Law Section of the University of Murcia.

Roberto Hernandez Cuenca has developed his professional experience both in Spain and abroad, working for various private companies and public institutions in the United Kingdom (London) and Asia (Hong Kong and Macao). He has also worked in a British financial institution in Spain.

His working languages ​​are Spanish, English and Italian.

His professional career is focused on private international law and legal advice to companies.

He has recently obtained a favorable sentence for “phishing” against a Spanish financial institution with an express sentence on costs, as well as resolved several international inheritance processes satisfactorily.

In his free time he enjoys nature, practicing activities such as hiking, mountain biking and other outdoor sports.
