He specialises in Immigration Law, Brexit related concerns, expat consultancy and import/export. He also has ample experience in Spanish Inheritance & Succession Law as well as Real Estate Law.
Originally from the UK, Greg moved to Spain with his family at the tender age of 3. Greg’s firsthand experience of living and working in Spain gave him an ability to understand the many needs and concerns of an expat better than most. He has built an increasing network of contacts and communication with Spanish consulates around the world including the consulates in New York, London, Manchester, Bordeaux and Kinshasa.
Having acquired Spanish nationality, he considers himself to be a full Spaniard but he maintains his roots and ties to the United Kingdom.
Some of Greg’s recent work includes:
- The successful application of residency permits under the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement for over 318 British expats before the end of the Brexit transitional period
- Negotiating a settlement of a debt with the US Treasury for a Spanish citizen.
- The acquisition of investment visas for an investment firm from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
- Carrying out the completion of a grant of probate and subsequent sale of a property for a group of inheritors based in several different countries
Greg Patrick B. Bryan is a self-described pro-European and advocates for increased sharing of culture, art and language within Europe. He commits to visiting at least one historic European city a year and travels frequently to experience the many different ways of life in Europe.
